• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. game99 reserves the right to refuse or void a bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a pricing error.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to the live odds in effect at the moment the bet is confirmed, not the odds displayed when the selection was first made.
• Void bets — where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled as void by game99 — will be refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• game99 follows ICC and BPL official match results for cricket settlement purposes. Results are settled as soon as official confirmation is received.

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• game99 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• game99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or third-party payment system failures.
• Maximum liability of game99 to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits game99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• game99 may suspend or terminate any player account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
• Upon termination, any funds remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
